We strive to make bookings, lessons, and your break in North Devon, as easy and stress free as possible, and rely on positive word of mouth recommendations for custom. As such we have a very customer friendly approach to everything we do. A classic example is where customers have booked a lesson and there are no waves. We will obviously do our utmost to find you another session if you want that, but if you don't we are happy to refund your money in full - No question. Please check this if you are comparing schools. Many of our customers have had poor experiences in the past with some of the larger 'factory approach' schools.
